Logbook — the driving logbook for your Wialon fleet

Logbook turns the trips your Wialon account already records into a driving logbook you can hand to an accountant. Each trip arrives with its start and end time, where it began and ended, how far it went and how fast, and you classify it as business or personal, assign the driver and add a note. Nothing is estimated — the trips come straight from Wialon, and the classification is written back to your account.

What it does

• Every trip per vehicle: start and end time, start and end address, distance, duration, average and top speed, odometer readings and CO2.
• Business or personal per trip, with the classification and notes stored on the Wialon trip itself, so the record follows the account rather than the browser.
• Driver assignment, in bulk: pick many trips at once and bind them to a driver.
• Filters that survive a reload — vehicles, drivers, groups, brand, model, plate, date range and time of day.
• Export the filtered table to Excel or CSV for mileage claims and tax reporting.

Who it is for

Fleet operators who have to separate business mileage from private mileage, companies reporting a benefit-in-kind or reclaiming fuel, and Wialon partners who need a per-trip record their customers can sign off.
